Lunch - American cheese on a sandwich thin with organic lettuce and tomato; pita chips and hummus; Greek vanilla yogurt with blueberries, blackberries and raspberries
Snack - organic celery with natural peanut butter
Dinner - apple; bowtie pasta with asparagus, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes; half a soft pretzel
