Breakfast - two organic eggs and a slice of cheese on half a whole wheat pita; blueberry pomegranate juice
Lunch - garden salad (organic lettuce and tomato with light honey mustard dressing); twice slices of American with organic lettuce on half a whole wheat pita; pita chips and spinach dip; Hershey's miniature dark chocolate
Snack - unsweetened apple sauce; handful of caramel popcorn
Dinner - "chicken" patty on a bun with organic lettuce and spicy low fat mayo; assorted organic veggies (broccoli, corn, and peas); baked fries
Dessert - small piece of homemade cake (made by yours truly!); glass of skim milk
