No time to blog tonight... I'm writing thank you notes! :)

Breakfast - Fiber One toaster pastry; organic, chocolate soy milk
Snack - organic apple
Lunch - vegetable pad thai; four slices of organic cheddar cheese on Ritz crackers; five strawberries; one Ghirardelli square (dark chocolate)
Snack - pita chips and roasted red pepper hummus; Greek strawberry yogurt
Dinner - slice of cheese pizza; penne with tomatoes and spinach
Dessert - piece of chocolate cake; glass of organic, low fat milk
