I took a nice little power nap after school today, ate dinner, ran an errand and went to yoga. Now I'm beat, and going to bed! :)
Breakfast - egg white and cheese on an English muffin
Lunch - black bean vegetable soup; half an English muffin with natural peanut butter; handful of pumpkin seeds
Snack - five water crackers and hummus; organic red grapes
Dinner - veggie soy patty in half a whole wheat pita with light spicy mayo; half a baked potato
Snack - glass of light chocolate soy milk
