Food, glorious food!
Here's today's list:
Breakfast - veggie/fruit smoothie; scrambled eggs and cheese on whole grain toast; OJ
Lunch - romaine with granny smith apples, pecans, and cranberries
Snack - slice of American on sandwich thin
Dinner - romaine, cucumbers, and tomatoes; baked waffle fries
Dessert - pineapple, blueberries, and strawberries
I'm thinking bed by, oh, 9:30? Sounds good to me!
