I'm not sleeping. I'm just resting my eyes.
I felt OK today... I did eat lunch, but dinner was kind of iffy.
Breakfast - egg and cheese on ciabatta bread (a treat from Panera); handful of almonds
Snack - red and green grapes
Lunch - PB&J; tortilla chips and salsa
Snack - Greek peach yogurt
Snack - carrots with light ranch dip; salt and vinegar chips (but only like 4 of them)
Dinner - toast; chocolate soy milk
