So I fell today. :( We are both OK, but I was a little scared! It wasn't anything serious. I was starting to sit down in a chair at school and somehow missed. Weird, right? Apparently the big ol' pregnant lady has an altered center of gravity. After school, JA and I went to the doctor where we got to hear Charles' heartbeat. The midwife checked me out and everything seems fine now. My butt hurts where I fell on it, but otherwise, I think I'm gonna make it. Fellow pregnant ladies... be careful out there!!
Breakfast - bowl of Wheaties Fuel with organic, low fat milk
Snack - banana
Lunch - brown rice and mixed veggies (broccoli, red peppers, and corn); Greek blueberry yogurt; five water crackers with Jarlsberg cheese; Kashi granola bar
Snack - granny smith apple; piece of chocolate with almonds
Dinner - piece of garlic bread; rigatoni with broccoli and red peppers
Dessert - Fiber One toaster pastry; glass of chocolate soymilk
