My friend Alice warned me about people telling their scary labor stories. I had somehow managed to avoid them... until today. At the workshop I was attending the tech coach was asking how much time I had left. When I told her three weeks, she said, "Just make sure you're never alone now. I hemmoraged when I first went into labor and passed out and no one was there. Not to scare you or anything..." Ummm, what?! Thanks lady. I apparently either need Life Alert or a service dog from now until Charlie's arrival. ;)
I'll be spending this weekend diligently working on report cards and hopefully watching the Pats beat the Jets on Sunday. I still have visions of watching my team in the Super Bowl in the hospital room. Thank goodness for the plasma TVs!
Breakfast - peanut butter crackers; Greek blueberry yogurt; cranberry/pomegranate juice
Snack - Organic Peach Honest T
Lunch - one slice of tomato and mozzarella pizza
Snack - organic granola bar; Veggie Sticks
Dinner - garden salad (organic romaine, spinach, grape tomatoes, carrots, and celery with chipotle ranch dressing); cheese ravioli in a tomato basil sauce

I hate those scary stories, the people at my work seem super fond of them. In other news, I second the hopes of watching the Pats in the superbowl at the hospital. I heard a prediction on the radio today of a Pats/Packers superbowl. Sounds really interesting, I could sign on for that!
Just wanted to finally say "hello." I've been reading your blog for awhile now. I think I saw your link on the bump? Anyways, I'm due one day after you and have enjoyed following your progress. I'm also a teacher and have been busy trying to get these report cards done before the baby comes!!!
